Use of the Service
CheckFlow is intended to help restaurant organizations manage checklist execution, recurring tasks, workflow visibility, and operational follow-up. Users should use the service only for authorized business purposes connected to their organization.
Organization and Admin Responsibility
Organizations and their admins are responsible for deciding who should have access to CheckFlow, assigning roles, maintaining accurate user information, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse CheckFlow, attempt to access data they are not authorized to view, interfere with app functionality, upload harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or organization policies.
Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and should notify their organization or Fogarty QSR Solutions if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Operational Data
CheckFlow may store operational data such as checklist assignments, task completion activity, timestamps, comments, uploaded proof, store or team affiliations, and user roles. Organizations are responsible for how they configure and use their operational workflows.
Professional Judgment and Compliance
CheckFlow is a workflow and accountability tool. It does not replace professional judgment, food safety requirements, labor policies, legal compliance obligations, or the responsibility of restaurant leaders to operate safely and appropriately.
Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if an account is no longer authorized by the organization, if the service is misused, if payment or business arrangements require it, or if continued access could create security, operational, or legal risk.
