RepairFlow is provided by Fogarty QSR Solutions. RepairFlow is a restaurant operations app designed to support maintenance requests, equipment records, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, service history, and NFC-enabled asset access.
Data We May Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, organization or restaurant affiliation, and role.
- Maintenance data such as requests, descriptions, priorities, assignments, statuses, comments, costs, timestamps, and service history.
- Equipment information such as asset names, identifiers, model or serial numbers, location, condition, service details, and NFC tag associations.
- Photos, documents, or other files users choose to attach to requests, assets, or service records.
- Device and app usage data needed for security, troubleshooting, app functionality, and service reliability.
How Data Is Used
- To provide RepairFlow functionality and make maintenance workflows available to users and organizations.
- To manage users, restaurant locations, roles, maintenance requests, equipment, assignments, and service records.
- To support notifications, troubleshooting, security, service improvement, and operational reliability.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be processed through trusted service providers used to operate RepairFlow, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communication, or support tools. These providers help us deliver and maintain the service. Information may also be visible to authorized users within the organization that provides or manages the user's access.
Data Retention
Data is generally retained while the account or organization uses RepairFlow. Some maintenance, asset, or service records may be retained for legitimate business, security, compliance, warranty, backup, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes. Users may request deletion according to the account deletion process.
