RepairFlow

RepairFlow Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic expectations for using RepairFlow, a B2B restaurant maintenance operations app provided by Fogarty QSR Solutions.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Use of the Service

RepairFlow is intended to help restaurant organizations manage maintenance requests, equipment records, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, service history, and related operational follow-up. Users should use the service only for authorized business purposes connected to their organization.

Organization and Admin Responsibility

Organizations and their admins are responsible for deciding who should have access to RepairFlow, assigning roles, maintaining accurate user and equipment information, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse RepairFlow, attempt to access data they are not authorized to view, interfere with app functionality, upload harmful or unlawful content, tamper with NFC tags or asset associations without authorization, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or organization policies.

Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and should notify their organization or Fogarty QSR Solutions if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Operational Data

RepairFlow may store operational data such as maintenance requests, asset details, assignments, statuses, timestamps, comments, costs, uploaded files, service history, location affiliations, and user roles. Organizations are responsible for how they configure and use their maintenance workflows.

Professional Judgment and Safety

RepairFlow is a maintenance coordination and recordkeeping tool. It does not diagnose equipment, guarantee that a repair is safe or complete, replace qualified technicians or professional judgment, or replace manufacturer instructions, inspections, food safety requirements, workplace safety rules, or legal compliance obligations. Organizations remain responsible for equipment safety and maintenance decisions.

Service Availability

We work to keep RepairFlow available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, or circumstances outside our control. RepairFlow should not be the sole method for reporting an emergency or an immediate safety hazard.

Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if an account is no longer authorized by the organization, if the service is misused, if payment or business arrangements require it, or if continued access could create security, operational, or legal risk.
